Este volumen contiene las ponencias invitadas presentadas en el Simposio IUTAM en Multicuerpo Dinámica y Control de interacción en entornos virtuales y los inmuebles celebrados en Budapest , Hungría, 07 de junio '11 2010 . El simposio tuvo como objetivo reunir a especialistas en las áreas de modelado de sistemas multicuerpo , contacto colisión mecánica y control de sistemas mecánicos. Los temas que se ofrecen incluyen aspectos de modelado , modelos mecánicos y matemáticos , la cuestión de neglections y simplificaciones , la reducción de los grandes sistemas , la interacción con el medio ambiente como el aire , el agua y los obstáculos, de contacto de todos los tipos , conceptos de control, control de estabilidad y optimización . Las discusiones entre los expertos en estos campos han permitido intercambiar ideas sobre los últimos avances en la modelización de sistemas multicuerpo y el control de la interacción , así como sobre las posibles tendencias futuras. Las presentaciones de los recientes resultados científicos pueden facilitar la interacción entre las áreas científicas como la ingeniería de sistemas de control y la ingeniería mecánica. Documentos sobre la dinámica de modelado y control de la interacción fueron seleccionados para cubrir las principales áreas: el modelado matemático , análisis dinámico , modelado de la fricción, los aspectos sólidos y termomecánica y aplicaciones. Un resultado importante de la reunión fue la apertura hacia las aplicaciones que son de vital importancia para el futuro de la dinámica no lineal.
